For many years I have been actively involved in the transformation process of IT companies both on the domestic and international market. My experience, gained in organizations of various sizes, allows me to support the implementation of agile methodologies at the level of entire companies, individual departments and teams. In my work, I am guided by values ​​such as cooperation, understanding and providing tools tailored to the individual needs of the organization.

During my professional career, I have had the opportunity to support transformation processes in companies both on the Polish and foreign markets. The experience gained in the roles of Scrum Master, Release Train Engineer and SPC allows me to look at transformation from a broader perspective, which allows me to identify dependencies and needs at the level of the entire organization. I am a supporter of the iterative approach and believe that the implementation of agility should be evolutionary, not revolutionary.
